Marlanya Olenick brings extensive experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) and former Director of Nursing (DON) to her role at our firm. With a career spanning operational leadership and clinical oversight in nursing facilities, Marlanya has a deep understanding of the challenges and standards of care required in post-acute and long-term care settings.

Before joining our team, Marlanya served as a risk management director for a nursing home chain, where she led initiatives to identify and mitigate clinical and operational risks. Her comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices and regulatory compliance enhances her ability to provide effective solutions to our clients.

Marlanya works on our Risk Management Team, offering operational and clinical risk management assistance to nursing facilities. She collaborates closely with attorneys on lawsuits alleging failures of care, leveraging her clinical expertise to analyze cases, assess risks, and support litigation strategies.

Marlayna joined the firm in 2024.
