Marilyn K. Weber

Marilyn has over 38 years of experience in the Developmental Disabilities field. She began her career in an Intermediate Care Facility in 1979, working for the Lorain County Board of DD as the Program Director of a children’s ICF upon its’ opening, later becoming the Director of Residential Services and the Director of Case Management. After 13 years in the public sector, she then spent 20 years working for a private ICF provider. During that time, she was responsible for the operation of three facilities and a day habilitation program providing services to 68 individuals. Since 2012, Marilyn has been privately consulting in Ohio and Kentucky for ICF and Waiver providers, focusing on regulatory compliance, policy development and staff training.

For over 22 years Marilyn represented providers with the Ohio Centers for Intellectual Disabilities, (OCID), and the American Health Care Association ID/DD Committee. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors of both State and National provider associations and participated on numerous statewide task forces, project teams and rule development committees.
