Aric D. Martin

Aric Martin is ROLF’s Managing Partner where he serves as a combination of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Innovation Officer. He is in charge of the firm’s operations and overall strategic direction.

He concentrates his legal practice in the representation of institutional health care providers in a wide range of regulatory, transactional, litigation, operational, governmental investigation, and strategic matters.

In addition, he manages our affiliated software and consulting companies.

Aric joined ROLF in 1995, and became our Managing Partner in 2007.
