Paul A. Lang

Paul Lang is a partner with ROLF concentrating his practice in all aspects of transactional and corporate law. Throughout his 30-year career, he has been involved in billions of dollars of transactions, including but not limited to, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial and HUD lending and refinancings, leases, and real estate deals.

He also has experience addressing legislative, administrative, and regulatory issues affecting health care providers.

Paul has been with ROLF since 1996.
