Bed Need & Bed Excess Certificates of Need in Ohio Update

The Ohio Department of Health  (“ODH”) produced its preliminary numbers for nursing home bed need and excess by county yesterday and the projected counties with need and/or excess are as follows:

Please note these are preliminary numbers and could change when ODH publishes its final determination on or about April 1, 2016.  CON applications seeking to relocate beds from bed excess counties to bed need counties must be filed in July 2016.
