DON’T MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO STAY ON TOP OF THE ISSUES – ATTEND OHCA’S COMPREHENSIVE SURVEY FORUM OCTOBER 10TH OR 11TH

CMS released the official version of the new long-term care Requirements of Participation today, marking the first comprehensive update to the Requirements of Participation since 1991. (See HERE for a copy). The new Requirements of Participation bring dramatic change to the long-term care industry.

With Phase 1 of the regulations effective November 28th, long-term care facilities have a lot on their “to do” lists.

To assist providers, the Educational Foundation of the Ohio Health Care Association (EFOHCA) is offering live, in-person seminars, next week in Cleveland and Columbus, which are designed to identify and explain the changes that are most significant for the provider community.

Speakers include Carol Rolf and Michele Conroy of Rolf Goffman Martin Lang LLP, Dustin Ellinger of ROLF Consulting LLC, Maureen Wern of Wern & Associations and Mandy Smith of OHCA.

Cleveland’s Comprehensive Survey Forum will take place on October 10th from 8:30 to 4:00.

Columbus’s Comprehensive Survey Forum will take place on October 11th from 8:30 to 4:00.
