Carol Rolf and Michele Conroy and will be presenting a seminar at the Ohio Health Care Association (OHCA) 2019 Fall Conference on October 11, 2019 entitled The Latest on the ROPs: Phase 3 and Proposed Changes.
As providers are in the process planning for the implementation of Phase 3 of the Requirements of Participation (RoPs) and awaiting Guidance for the same, CMS has changed the landscape yet again by issuing proposed revisions to the RoPs on July 16, 2019. Carol and Michele will discuss Phase 3 of the ROPs, as well as the proposed changes to the RoPs, and highlight how those changes are expected to affect providers. The talk will also discussed the new rule on Arbitration Agreements and the requirements for the same.
