Margaret will review the requirements for the Compliance & Ethics regulation that will be implemented in November 2019 and discuss how the QAA & QAPI requirements are integrated with them.
Jacqueline will present with John DiMaggio, CEO, BlueOrange Compliance. They will discuss HIPAA policy and enforcement, and how providers should proactively identify privacy and security compliance issues before they become the subject of a breach, a compliant investigation or a random audit.
