Margaret A. Chamberlain

Margaret Chamberlain is a partner with ROLF and focuses her practice in the areas of health care regulatory compliance, including interfacing with state and federal regulatory agencies, state and federal enforcement appeals, developing corporate compliance programs, State Attorney General licensing and/or criminal investigations, Medicare and Medicaid civil and criminal fraud concerns, and professional licensing.

Prior to beginning her legal career over 20 years ago, Margaret was a social worker who provided services in several skilled nursing facilities.

Margaret joined ROLF in 2017.

Margaret is licensed to practice law in Michigan and the U.S. District Courts of Eastern and Western Michigan

Education

Margaret earned her J.D., cum laude, from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. She also received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois.

Professional Affiliations

Margaret is a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Health Care Law Section, LeadingAge Michigan, and the Legal and Legislative Committees of the Health Care Association of Michigan. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Michigan Peer Review Organization (MPRO).
