Kristen Dubic
Kristen Dubic is an associate attorney with Rolf Martin Lang LLP. Her practice involves supporting the firm’s health care transactional and regulatory teams, with a particular focus on long-term care matters. Kristen assists with licensure, Medicaid and Medicare certification, governmental applications and submissions, and related regulatory approvals. She also provides project support on matters involving mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, commercial financings, refinancings, loan modifications, and HUD-insured financing transactions.
Kristen joined the firm in 2021.
