Richard D. Fiktus

Rick Fiktus focuses his practice in corporate and business law, real estate, banking, and estate planning and probate law. His real estate work includes acquisitions, divestiture, escrow, closing and surety matters, environmental issues and commercial leasing.

Rick joined ROLF in 1996 as a Partner, and transitioned into an Of Counsel role in 2021.
