Jacqueline M. Anderson

Jacqueline Anderson is a partner with ROLF and focuses her practice on regulatory and compliance matters affecting long-term care providers, including governmental investigations, fraud and abuse, reimbursement, HIPAA, and contracting.

She assists clients in implementing compliance programs, conducting compliance audits, investigating potential compliance violations, and refunding overpayments. She also defends clients against government investigations and assists them in responding to governmental subpoenas.

Jacqueline is part of the team developing EVOLVE Compliance, an online resource for skilled nursing facility compliance officers.

Jacqueline joined ROLF in 2009.
