Robert Pivonka will speak at the 2019 Human Resources Conference presented by the Ohio Health Care Association on November 6, 2019 at 2:30 pm. Robert will present with John Goodman (TSG Resources, Inc.) a session entitled “Legal and Regulatory Human Resources Update FMLA, ADA, Board of Nursing Investigations, Other Issues.”
This program will discuss dealing with the ever-changing landscape of employment laws and regulations is difficult for an individual with daily responsibilities. This session will look at the most common pitfalls for employers, and recent laws and rulings that impact their relationships with employees and regulators. It will also provide participants with a look at cases involving dilemmas that commonly arise with post-acute providers, and will explain how providers could have avoided the problems in the first place.
