Press Release
(March 1, 2013 – Lansing, MI / Cleveland, OH) Rolf Goffman Martin Lang LLP is pleased to announce that it is expanding its services in the Midwest, combining resources with another healthcare law firm. Effective March 1, 2013, Michigan law firm Brian Kaser PLC has merged its practice with ROLF.
“We are very excited about our firms joining together,” said Aric Martin, ROLF’s Managing Partner. “We could not have found better partners than Brian Kaser and his team. Like us, they have very long-lasting relationships with their clients, and our core practices match up perfectly.”
The Michigan firm is also enthusiastic about the move. “Combining with ROLF made perfect sense to us,” said principal Brian Kaser. “We have similar clients and similar values, which makes for a great cultural fit. The geography of healthcare is changing faster than ever, and we think that this combination will enhance the support we can give to our clients’ missions in this new environment.”
Brian Kaser and Chris Garfield will continue to work from their current office in downtown Lansing, and will comprise the Rolf presence in Michigan
