ROLF Prevails in Appeal of Michigan Medicaid Rate-Setting Dispute

ROLF obtained a favorable ruling in Michigan’s Macomb County Circuit Court for a large nursing facility in a Medicaid rate-setting dispute. The Circuit Court ordered the Director of Health and Human Services to recognize several millions of dollars in plant costs and pay the nursing home at the higher rate for services provided over the previous ten years.
