ROLF successfully defended a nursing-home chain in an age discrimination lawsuit filed by a former corporate-level nursing employee. At the conclusion of discovery and after ROLF attorneys filed a compelling motion for summary judgment, the plaintiff voluntarily dismissed her age discrimination claim. The plaintiff had demanded $190,000 to settle her claim.
